Warranty Terms

For domestic applications Aussie Online Blinds offers a 5 year manufacturers warranty on all parts deemed to be used in a matter which they we designed.

Aussie Online Blinds reserves the right to refuse warranty if the products have been misused.

Stretched fabric is not covered under warranty as it is caused directly by misuse such as high winds, storms, over tightening of the gearbox. Fittings torn out of posts etc are commonly caused by these situations and are also only covered at the discretion of a Aussie Online Blinds representative. 

All Blinds and products must be returned and shipped to Aussie Online Blinds at the buyers’ expense. 

Commercial applications such as restaurants, cafe’s, schools etc all products are covered for a period of twelve months from date of installation with installation covered for a period of six months.

Screws snapped, fittings broken, fabric stretched, ripped or frayed as a result of wind and storm damage will not be covered under warranty.

Remote Controls carry a 7 day warranty only as they are prone to be damaged in ways out of our control.

Deep channel style awning are not side retaining like Zipscreen style awnings so do have the potential for the fabric to pop out of the track system as the tracks are only a guide 

Fabric can stretch up to 5% of its total width when tensioned taught when left down in extreme wind, Aussie Online Blinds is not held liable for stretching of fabric as this is out of our control

Rubber seals are not recommended and are considered a wearable item. As such, Aussie Online Blinds does not offer any warranty on rubber seals.
